In the last three months, Mazda Motorsports received cost increases on many parts, primarily Spec Miata. Mazda Motorsports made bulk orders on parts that were permitted in order to help keep pricing lower for the customers during the next several months. Some of these parts will remain the same price and be discontinued; some will be discontinued and replaced; some will be re-ordered and will increase in price later this year.
To manage inventory and pricing, Mazda Motorsports has implemented a maximum number of parts per online order within a given month (two exceptions). Depending on the individual or shop’s situation, the rate at which parts are selling, and the inventory levels, Mazda Motorsports may increase the number of parts one can purchase via calling the competition parts manager, Scott Kaluza, Monday through Friday between 6:00 – 3:00 pm PT: 800.435.2508.
